One man was new the other was not fit for the job.Moving a box spring mattress with straps and wheels. It weighs no more than 20 lbs. I had to take a day off work as a direct result of poor help.

Movers arrived 45 mins. late. I have moved several times in the past 2 years and it has never taken over two hours to load a truck/pod. It took them three hours and several things were damaged/soiled.
