Drove the truck all right, but told me that it had "died" before the move ended which prompted a frantic call to U-Haul. Started up just fine in the AM. Don't know what they thought was the problem.

Tried hard, but didn't know what they were doing. 11 hours to move a 2BR, and ABANDONED me at midnight with an overdue rental truck w/a sleeper sofa+boxes! Had to scramble for new guys at 7am. :(

Communication was poor. it was stressful not to have any idea when they'd arrive and I had to call several times throughout the day before I was finally told 9pm. Very late to move but had no choice.

They were two hours late due to unforeseen circumstances, BUT Matthew brought FIVE guys with him to make up for it (at no additional cost) and the job was done in no time! I really appreciated that!

3 kids showed up, 3 hours late. Owner communicated well, but workers were unskilled and slow. Nice enough, but in no way were they experienced movers. Do not use this company, too risky.
