Scheduled for load & unload. No communication about their load no-show. Just kept replying "one moment please" instead of cancelling the job if they couldn't actually make it. Hours late for unload.

Not satisfied! We ended up loading the truck ourselves when I finally got ahold of them we had already started the unloading process. Paid for 3 hours, 1 hour and 20 minutes worth from them. No refund

Very good movers, but they were 1 hour and 20 minutes late and left early. I paid for 4 hours and they worked from 3:20 to 6. So I had to ask if they could stay the hole 4 hours and finish unloading.

The guys were really cool. Did all the work and were cool about all my wonky-shaped stuff. Only problem was that they were late, reason I even bring it up is because it set the rest of move off.

My driving help had some difficulties picking up the truck from U-Haul, but once we got rolling they were quick, skilled and helpful.

My moving helpers were extremely helpful, quick, and skilled at moving my items. There were some communication difficulties with U-Haul (NOT my movers), but my movers were great.
