One one of the two people that I had engaged showed up, and he was late. The second person came an hour late, once the job was almost done. The company was apologetic and said they would refund 1/2 the fee I paid. So far nothing.

There is a delay on Saturday due to large amount of order at that day. But they have arranged three people instead of two which is what we originally ordered online to compensate the delay. They are really nice and professional.

Jake and Ryan were excellent, but the second mover arrived almost 3 hours after the first one, as a result of which a 2 hour move took nearly 4.5 hours.
