Not only did they NOT communicate and when they did, it was on the day of the move, they showed up a few hours late. When they arrived, he had two teenage boys, none of which could lift a piano. This was NOT a professional moving company and should be eliminated as an option.

I lost 2 hours waiting for this mover (twice) - once for the delivery which came 2 hours after indicated. and for the pick up which occurred 2 hours after I was told it would be picked up. I was never able to reach this mover at the phone number provided by U-haul.

Movers knew how to handle heavy furniture and did their job with a smile.
