Not careful in packing truck. Put boxes clearly marked fragile on the bottom or in the middle of stacks. Things were broken. Offered cursory apology when I called and complained.

Movers were alright but did damage a few pieces of furniture a little bit. Office was not very organized and needed to call people in to do our job, we almost got left hanging.
