I could not meet the person by the time I had reserved the help and when I called to cancel he charged me $350 and I never received any assistence or compensation. Can you please refund my money?

Very limited moving experience such as how to load a truck required me to be very involved in the process including directing them on what to do and how to do it. Had to repack truck after they left.

The company sent two young polite gentlemen for our move. They were on time. The only issue was they needed more training on how to load the truck to fit the load. The truck was big enough. 3 stars

The moving helpers were very respectful, and tried hard to move furniture safely and diligently. The required lots of guidance while moving larger furniture. They could not disassemble the bed frame.
