We paid for two cleaners. I turned out to be the daughter and was not even part of the cleaning company. She was extremely slow and the job took far longer than it should have and we settled.

We paid and was charged for 2 moving helpers and only 1 showed up. My husband after having worked all night had to help carry items which is what we paid for.I feel half of our money should be refund
