U-Haul gave him the wrong trailer at pick up, but he did not hesitate to go back and work with me and U-Haul to get the correct one, even with U-Haul wasting our time.

U-Haul gave Kyle the wrong trailer, but he didn’t hesitate to take it back and wait until they got him the correct one and bring it back. He came back very quickly after we unloaded. Great service, even though U-Haul wasted a lot of his time with their mistake.
