Chris & Josh were absolutely fantastic. They helped us move on 07/23 @ 5:30pm & were so hardworking & friendly. I’m 6 months pregnant and they made everything so easy on my husband & I. We are SO grateful for them!

I was unable to confirm my appointment in advance via voicemail or text. No one showed up at scheduled time of 1:00 pm. Finally received a text at 3:00 pm that they’d be here at 4:15. UHaul was due back at 4:00 pm, so I had to pay extra to extend. Probably wouldn’t use them again.

The company changed the appointment time from 11am to 1pm the day before. The workers did not arrive until 330pm. They did a great job though. Had to call out sick for work due to the time change
