One of the movers was very friendly and helpful the other a bit grumpy, I felt chastised for not having enough rope and pads, it would have been nice when I spoke with them on the phone that they could have said make sure you get these items. Moving is stressful enough without feeling like you faile

Brian did and excellent job. Worked like crazy since his helper didn't show up. Thus my son and I had to help unload and then reload for our return trip. Had the 2nd guy shown up, it would have gone more smoothly.

We chose this service because they were the only apparent choice available in the area. They showed up on time, but did not bring dolly's. When questioned whether they had dolly's, Brian became irate, threatened to leave and started walking away immediately. I had asked because they were very slow
