They (a man & woman) were 45 mins late, and my fiance had to help carry heavier items. They weren't dressed nor prepared to do heavy duty lifting. However, the job was completed.

They arrived 3 hours late and never gave me an ETA until I asked. They dressed appropriately, were very very courteous and were careful and did a good job with loading everything.
