I paid for a 2 person crew and they scheduled 1 person who called 15 min prior to schedule time to say he had ran into traffic and was approx 11 miles away. He showed up 2 hours later with a friend

Communication was rough! There was a mix up with scheduling I wasn't sure I'd have mover helpers. I received a call around 10 pm the night before with a semi confirmation. Mover helpers came &were A+
