Giovanni was excellent! He and his crew showed up on time and prepared to move things. I walked through the plan with them and they started right away. Every step of the way they were incredibly polite. I would absolutely use Rochester City Movers again, it was worth every penny. Service and timing were impeccable, and most important their flexibility put my mind at ease. 10 of 10, thanks for all the help.
