The movers who showed up were absolutely phenomenal. However, the communication between myself and the individual scheduling the actual move left a lot to be desired. I really didn't even get confirmation of the moving time until the day OF the move (had to call and see what time they were showing

Completely unprofessional. Terrible communication. Movers were 2 hours late. Then they couldn’t even do the job! They had no organizational skills. They were too weak to lift heavy items so my father and I had to do it. They were very little help. I would like a full refund.

Movers did a good job, although there was a lot of micromanaging from the manager, who was on site initially. Still, got the job done in a timely manner at a fair price.

Some unforseeable problems during move. Sheila was very responsive and communicated well to get help out as soon as possible. People do need to accurately estimate time needed as it can effective other customers.

We where not please will the service they didn't take care in handling items. We had wall structure damage no one wanted to take responsibility. I had to paid for there mistakes almost cost me my sell of our home. Never used this service again.

Upscale Cleaning & Concierge Moving took great care of our belongings during our move. They arrived on time, stayed late when the job took longer than estimated, and were very professional. Highly recommend, 10/10 would hire again.

I had underestimated how much help I needed to complete my move, but they were willing to work all the way through (I paid for the extra hours). I really appreciated their flexibility and perseverance. They were friendly and professional.
