Worst experience ever. Movers were supposed to show at 1030, then said 230, then showed at 5pm. We had to load the truck ourselves but then my wife had to go to work leaving just me and my mother-in-law to complete the move. Since the movers didn't show until 500 p.m. which was 30 minutes after the Uhaul was due back, we incurred additional cost from U-Haul and then Major Texas Movers charged us the full fee for 2 hours despite the fact that they showed up 7 hours late and was there less than an hour. The gentleman I was conversing with while waiting 7 hours for the movers said they wouldn't charge me for 2 hours since we didn't get them for 2 hours. In the end, we were penalized by Uhaul for returning the truck late and then cheated by the movers for being charged for terrible service (if I can even call it service). And the best part is I've called and messaged them about the excess charges with no response. Would never, ever recommend them.

The owner of this company threatened me to take care of things ‘in the streets’ the way ‘Black people do things’ all because of the U-Haul app being down when I tried to add more hours to the move. He called me a thief, sent all of my personal information to me and threatened to file charges on me for theft all within a matter of hours of this website issue on a Sunday evening. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. This man now knows where I live and I get to live in a new place in fear constantly watching my back now because of him. I will also be providing my very first yelp review of my life as well as reviews every other place I can find to do so because he scared me so badly. Please, for the love of all things holy, so working with this company. Their yelp rating is a 1. It’s terrifying that someone like this knows the addresses of every person he does jobs for. What is he doing to people?

Movers were very slow. It was clear they were milking the clock. I had mostly boxes and only a few pieces of furniture. The boxes should have been brought up via dolly 5 at a time, not 2 at a time in their arms. I was actually rather frustrated. I was also able to stay caught up with them as far as putting boxes into rooms and unpacking them as they brought them in. They didn’t offer to help put the beds together or anything. I expected more and have had better service in the past. They also asked me for something to drink a couple of times when i had confirmed with the company the day before that they provide their own cold drinks per company policy. I had a pile of empty boxes that they kept mixing the full boxes into. Overall just sad by this move.
