Kevin Wilson inform me U-Haul had him picking up my 2 pods at the wrong U-Haul location. He traveled to Plano and required me to pay additional $48.00 to him and I, also, paid cash of $10.00 for 2 locks. My invoice shows the Plano location was where the 2 Pods were to be picked up. My invoice also

Only one box got taken upstairs- but they did get all furniture where it goes. Some of the boxes were left in the garage, or stacked in one area of the house. They were very nice, but just piled things in the wrong areas.

The movers were scheduled to load at 10 a.m. but called to tell me it would be about noon because of another job. Then, the time got postponed again to 3. They arrived at my house to load at 4:35. They loaded quickly, and did provide text/call updates, but the 6 hour delay was frustrating.
