Ralph called a day before and we discussed details. Duane and Mark called before arriving the day of, and were there on time. The task was pretty big, but they handled it very well. Only used movers for 2 hours, but paid for 3. It would be nice to get the last hour refunded. Chris was friendly and worked quickly! Gave him and other mover $100 cash tip!
