The moving crew was scheduled to be at my house at 9am. This would include 4 movers. They didn't show up until 1135am and only 3 movers showed up. The PIC was apologetic but kept giving the excuse that he was out of town and that he thought he had everything 'under control' from out of town. That is irrelevant information for a customer, just do your job getting things figured out and don't give excuses to the customer. The three movers were very respectful and very efficient and did a great job. The logistics of service was disappointing.
