They were polite and worked effectively. They unloaded a 20-foot UHaul truck in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with their work effort and will try to hire them again.

Helpers packed poorly, leaving open spaces. Also, they left with the loading not finished, refusing to allow contact with their boss to add time necessary to finish. When called or texted, they did not respond. Overall, a very bad experience and will not recommend them.
