I called the company the day before the 2 orders I had one to load than an unload at the new place to make sure they would be there at 1 pm the next day. 1pm came and no movers. I called the company and the person I spoke with didn't know I had an order. She asked for my info and would call me back

The guys showed up on time. One worker left the job for an hour leaving us 1 guy. They weren't very gentle. I'm worried about the floor scuffs from them. They took a lot of brakes, the job ran longer.

Had a bent lid on one tote. They asked me if I had water. Gave them my last 2 cold bottles. Then had the nerve to ask me for 2 more to go. Ended up breaking open a case. Bring your own drinks please
