They showed up 2 hours late with no phone calls or texts. I was left hanging. I only got a response when I called 11 times, left 1 voicemail and texting twice. Josh told me his other helper was a no show--I get it, it happens--but leaving me hanging and wondering was really not cool especially on m

the crew was slow and made no effort to keep any pace. my partner had to jump in and start moving things himself as well as direct and troubleshoot for them. they packed our truck with everything heavy at the back because they wanted to take the easiest stuff first which out our belongings at risk.
