I had a freezer that I wanted to be moved, but I feel I was given a lame excuse for the movers' not moving it for me. I believe now, in hindsight, that they did not want to move it. First they claimed that it could not fit through the door to get it out, and then they threatened that since the freezer door had to be removed to get it out in 2 pieces, the door pins could be easily broken in the process, and that they are not responsible for damages etc. So I was dissuaded from the idea of moving it. Now this is a big regret as I'm in my new home without my freezer. I believe that a good professional mover would have been able to move my freezer without issue or threat of problems, and I'd have my freezer now, instead of needing to save up now to buy another one.

These young men worked very swiftly and very hard. They filled 4 UBoxes in just 2 hours. There are a few recommendations for improvements in service. 1. Do not take a box that is not yet completely packed and sealed and labelled by the customer. I was in the process of packing a box and they took it and put it in the UBox. 2. Use blankets to wrap all furniture. I had furniture scraped and bent etc due to the neglect of not protecting them with the blankets. So this means also to come prepared with blankets and movers' wrap to do this professionally. Customers can pack their own cardboard boxes, but movers need to wrap the furniture in blankets and wrap because this takes the strength and skill of a professional mover. 3. Take more care in packing furniture into the UBox. I had bookshelves, and the shelves should have been removed from the pegs and wrapped, but they were not - too much of a rush job and the units were just put on the truck with the shelves askew and banging.

Movers showed up on time, but they didn't do a good job, they don't know how to balance the load, while unloading we found most of the boxes were crushed and broken. I will not recommend them to anyone
