Saved My Move!!! These guys are awesome, communicated every step of the way. Smart and knowledgeable about how to move correctly and had no issues dealing with anything. Everything was done on time and as expected, would highly recommend! Where two previously scheduled companies failed, Smith delivered. Thanks again guys and will use again when moving in the future.

Some of the items moved were old and antique. They just weee not very careful at handling these items with care! Some items were either scratched or broke.

The service was not bad. The guys did their jobs but my phone ended up in the pocket of one of the movers. Honest mistake or not, that is super sketchy. I had to tell him to empty his pockets to retrieve my phone. So I do believe the job was done well. Just the phone situation ruined the experience.

Very effective communication. He had another job but managed time very well to accommodate us. He never once said loading and unloading are two different jobs, paid by hour and that's it.
