We asked 4 guys to help us unload a packed 20-ft Uhaul and arrange some of our furniture in the 2 hours. The two lead guys did a great job moving damage-free and were extremely helpful. There were a couple of problems. 1, they were an hour late in the morning, coming in at 10 instead of 9. However, they communicated their tardiness in advance and were very willing to stay and make up for the missed time. Secondly, a couple of guys left half an hour early, which we didn't quite appreciate. Nonetheless, the job was done well, and we received the service we were expecting.
