I booked the services for 8/17 but the helpers did not arrive until 8/19. I had to call constantly to find out what was causing the delay. The helpers were courteous but I wouldn't use this service again.

The men who helped us move were patient and respectful. They were late coming to us do to travel complications, but they communicated with us about their delay and worked until the job was done.
