Marcus and his helper texted me they were on their way approximately 20 minutes before the appointment time and showed up an hour after the scheduled time. They also took way more time than needed and were constant on their cell phones. A 1 hour job took nearly 2 jobs to complete.

I am just being honest for first time customers, so they know what to expect. A good note for UHaul to add in bold letters (for customers) : have moving equipment for the movers to use. I guess uhaul movers do not bring their own dolly or moving straps. This was first time my husband and I ever had
