Loaders basically threw my flat screen tv on at the end ON IT's side and even put more stuff on top of it. I did not notice it until I opened the door on the other end. Rauul, the owner, apologized and said he would reimburse me for it. Then would not answer my calls for days. Then said it was all my fault for not watching them more closely. He even bragged about how he has never had to pay a claim in 6 years. I am sure he is correct on that. I WOULD NEVER USE THREE BROTHERS MOVING. The ay they handle any complaints is to ask the loaders and when they deny it. Case closed. I have used several moving companies and this is the worst by far!
