I booked a piano moving service and it wasn't specified that it was only one way, the loading part. Had to pay extra to unload it and it would've been nice if it were specified when booking. Otherwise they were friendly and hard working.

If you hire this outfit for a 2 bedroom make sure you book 3 hours as they took their time doing it and left the job unfinished. I would not hire again.
