Does 2 hours scheduled include breaks and not showing up at the reserved time? They arrived at 11:30 for a noon appointment and came back around noon then left before 1:30. Was to be a 2 hour move.

AJ's sent 2 very capable movers and 1 driver to manage my move of 6 Uboxes. They picked up the boxes from the local Uhaul storage facility and brought them to my new house and unloaded. The 2 movers were professional, helpful, and quick. They unloaded my items safely and with no delays. Thank you!
