At the destination time of unload and after getting into the truck, the loading effort was a bit to be desired. Tables were loaded on their sides, not covered with blankets( informed the loaders I had plenty of extra blankets) causing them to get scuffed and dented, dressers 5 feet wide were stacked on their sides where boxes are typically loaded on top of. Boxes marked heavy were stacked on top of boxes marked light, boxes that should have been stacked flat were turned sideways causing glass inside to break, boxes marked top load only were stacked on top of. Disregard to any markings on the boxes just showed the experience level. Lot of totes that should been stacked in the same direction on top of each other were criss crossed causing the load to lean forward. For a rating of 1- 10 with 10 being the best, maybe a 5. This team might be good for local moves, not a move that was over 800 miles. Their concern was to get finished under 2 hours, the rate they charge for.
