Writing to protect others from getting scammed by Moving Help powered by UHaul, specifically Road Runners Pro Movers. Sadly, I took the UHaul recommendation and booked with a trusting heart. Road Runners Pro Movers showed up and immediately said the UHaul truck wasn’t large enough. I told the mover and owner, Sebastian, that I ordered the truck based on UHaul recommendations and sizing on their website. When I asked Sebastion to try loading despite his perception, he took the furniture only, stacked nothing, and did not move any of the boxes into the truck. Then stated he had to go. I asked if he could at least carry the boxes downstairs while I tried to figure out a new plan and he said no, he was leaving. I was left with no choice but to hire another moving company in a rush, not through UHaul or Moving Help this time, who then came out, unloaded the entire truck, and reloaded it successfully with every single item from the two bedroom apartment, proving that Sebastian was lying an
