Late getting to the residence (close to 30 minutes). After discussing a 10am arrival time. They started at 10.30am and ended at 11.30am. Kind of disappointed because they were scheduled for 5pm the day before but due to the sun going down, it getting colder, and them explaining they were worn out from the previous customer, I worked with them on a 10am arrival the next morning Can’t be disappointed at how much they moved in the 3 hours because it was a lot but left a few scratched and chipped paint in the home. They also took 2-3 breaks that were 10-15 minutes each. Due to me having sympathy for them regarding being exhausted from the move the day prior, I wish they would of had some morality and didn’t leave me to move a bed frame up a flight of stairs by myself even when I was assisting them(at 11.30am just told me to basically deal with it) I think they need a 3rd person for 3+ bedroom moves and I would suggest not letting them take 2-3 10-15 minute breaks. Overall 3.5 out of 5

Disastrous. I was quoted $150 excepted it and was charged $463. I’ve called the police. My dining room table was broken to bits, the storage looks like it was thrown together, I was not permitted to look at the unit when they finished, they fled. When they heard my son-in-law was on his way. My jewelry box containing an exquisite ruby diamond ring from Israel, and two other diamond rings are gone. 2 Polo shirts were missing from my SUV along with my ACER laptop. one or both, both active zoned out as though on drugs. A witness (who gave me her name and number), watched the lead guy, speaking angrily and rudely to me on the loading dock. When my son-in-law arrived on his way home from the base, they fled. My 7 foot mirror and 6 foot tall, long marble table top is set precariously in the middle of the storage mess. Now I have to hire two more men to take everything out of the unit and repack it appropriately. My losses add up to thousands of dollars.

They showed up on time with their own tools and worked relentlessly the entire time. They even stayed a little over when my time was up to help me get the things I wouldn't have been able to get myself. When I move again, I'll definitely be enlisting their help.
