The movers were fine. They were running around the city doing what UHaul had asked. But I didn’t even get my stuff until 9/2 because UHaul hadn’t said anything about the madness of Boston move in weekend

Professionalism was low. Their communication was also poor. They never called 24 hours before to confirm the time and address. They never gave me a time they would arrive.

Extremely untrusted. ‘Promised’ to arrive for several times but never showed up. Late for a day. However, the crew moved things fast.

The job consisted of moving approximately 15 boxes 4 t.v.s 1 bookshelf and a few lightweight misc. items from a 3rd floor apt to a waiting cargo van or to the trash site on the premises. I paid the 2hr minimum cost even though it took them only 20-30 mins tops; while having to hear some complaint

Was contacted the day before about the time they would show up, and they were prompt. Two guys made short work of an otherwise long afternoon I would have had ahead of me. Carried some very heavy items down from my second floor apartment. Were friendly and paid attention when I noted that some boxes
