We had chosen Starr Care movers solely because they had the most reviews with the highest ratings, and I was severely disappointed. The 2 movers provided were a mother, who directed part of the move, and the fiance of her daughter; additionally, the daughter was an "extra" mover. The movers arrived

Starr is undergoing a change of leadership. Two young, strong men are particularly good at packing a truck. However, we did experience some damage to the tops of furniture when the legs of one piece of furniture were placed on the top of another with only a couple of layers of blanket in between.
