DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. He totally ghosted me the day of the move. When I called moving help.com to help me, they couldn’t give me my money back because they “didn’t have the funds”. I am livid, stuck moving all my stuff by myself and out $162

Company did not respond to my hiring until about 10 AM of the morning of the service. Due to there lack of communication, I pretty much had the truck unloaded before they contacted me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Not only was he late by 2.5hours, he showed up in an Uber, with no dolly or furniture wrap as we discussed. His phone battery died and he was charging it in the Uber so he could tell me he was running later than expected. He didn't know how to take the tv base off the tv to put the tv in a tv box. H
