They were very late and did not do everything as we wanted as it was very dark. It was stressful

They do not answer their phone but will respond to text. The movers struggled to move some of the items and left some scratches and dents on the walls. They also damaged some items

The two gentlemen that came to assist with our move were friendly and very efficient. They moved many very heavy pieces of furniture down several flights of stairs. Their ability to pack furniture into the truck was amazing. Highly recommend!
