The moving and packing work that the team did was good. Unfortunately they had apparently double-booked themselves that day after we had booked and confirmed the schedule so everything got started and ended very late that day

Everything went smoothly and in the time allotted. The only glitch was some kind of payment issue as the code that UHAUL gave me to give them to get payment didn't work and the office supervisor gave me a hard time instead of contacting UHAUL. So that was not appreciated at all.
