Communication from start (arranged month or more in advance) was difficult - left in dark, not sure they were coming - high stress. John & Joe arrived at 9am - original request had been 8 am. Nice guys. They started off well - we had one BR apartment and loading went well initially, but seemed to slow down dramatically. Wound up with FIVE hours charged vs. the initial 2. We had guessed maybe 3 or at worst 4. Not really sure why it took so long. They loaded well, no damage. At end we had much difficulty paying as I do not have a smart phone (only flip) and could not handle payment. He had no alternative - they should have encountered this before? He finally used some personal phone account so I could use a credit card. With the extra $420 charge, I didn't have enough money. So, other than the unexpected amount of extra hours and initial lack of communications, these guys were quite good.

They were completely professional and careful with my goods. They also took great care of not bumping into walls. Truck was packed with care. Friendly and experienced.

Our movers were so friendly and packed the truck well!! I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to fit all my furniture and boxes into my truck, but they organized it so well there was extra room! I would most definitely recommend this service to anyone moving.

John and his assistant arrived early and finished the job quickly. They super helpful and friendly. His assistant was a lady and we were a bit surprised but she was amazing. Together with some straps they were able to move all the big stuff we had. They were awesome!
