The movers were scheduled to arrive at 2:00pm they finally arrived at 5:07pm. They were hired to load and unload. My elderly parents assist with loading. They only unloaded finished at 6:00 pm. I called Rags to Riches and was told a refund would be issued. That has not happened. I feel $300 for late
