There were some confusion on how to factor additional cost into total payment for a set of stairs and they were very flexible and let us venmo them to make up the difference.

Overall great experience. Was caught a little off guard by the $85 stairs charge , because I had entered stairs on the quotation. Other than that they were prompt, courteous and professional. They went out their way to be helpful. Would highly recommend!
