Did not stack boxes or other items high enough or in any type of organized fashion. Empty storage bins were smashed because the heaviest items were put on top of 4’ high stacks.

The lost one star is for the wait, although I expected to wait for a little bit. However, better communication such as a call or text message in advance will be more understandable. Not everybody has nothing better to do, sit around and empty all schedule just for the move.

I called Jay N Jay movers to move a trampoline across town. They responded same day and said they were available. Two great movers arrived and disassembled the trampoline so it would fit in my Uhaul truck. They saved the day!
