By understanding how the Moving Help Payment Code works, you can put your mind at ease knowing that your Service Provider won\u2019t get paid until you\u2019re 100 percent satisfied with their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Is the Payment Code?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Moving Help Payment Code is a 6-digit code, which holds your funds in an escrow account when you use Moving Help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your funds aren\u2019t released until after the job is done<\/a>, and you\u2019re 100 percent satisfied with the work from your Moving Help Service Provider. You get to control when the Moving Help Payment Code should be released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving Help will never release the Moving Help Payment Code without your permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Should I Use It?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You should release the Moving Help Payment Code after you\u2019re 100 percent satisfied with the quality of work from your Service Provider. If you\u2019re not satisfied with the work from your provider, you shouldn\u2019t release the code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where Can I Find the Payment Code?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Customers can find the code on their receipt<\/a>. If you ordered Moving Help online, you can find it in the confirmation email that was sent to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers also receive the Moving Help Payment Code through text message \u2014 if they opt in to text message alerts. Additionally, customers can find their Payment Code on the U-Haul App\u00ae<\/a>. Finally, it can be found in your Customer Account on MovingHelp.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What If a Moving Help Provider Asks for the Code Before the Job Is Completed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
