The movers were fast and organized. They were on time and communicated right away so they knew where to meet us on moving day. They were professional, polite and experienced, and did a great job packing up our truck efficiently. We didn’t even need to use the dolly that we rented because they were able to lift everything on their own. We are so thankful for their help!

We had 2 helpers for the move, and they were very professional efficient, and arrived right on time. Our 3 bedroom townhouse was loaded and unloaded before the time of 4 hours that I booked for. I did have a couple family members helping also, but the 2 movers did most of the heavy lifting. Before my move, I had a few questions and the response from the company was very prompt. I had no issues, and I would definitely recommend and hire from YEG HELPERS again.

We had a very small 2 bedroom basement suite that I hired 2 guys for 5 hours to accomplish. When we initially moved into this suite, we had 2 guys and it took them 2 hours to unload everything. Granted, this time we had a sectional couch, a coffee table and 2 queen size bed frames with mattress so hiring for loading and unloading should only have taken 5 hours. Unfortunately, the workers that showed up walked very slowly and only took one item at a time instead of coming up with a plan using the 2 dollies that we provided. Nearly everything in that house was packed in boxes or bags (linen, pillows, etc) so it shouldn’t have taken them a full 9 hours to load and unload!! We finally started helping them just to get them gone!! I paid the same price for the 2 workers the first move as I did for 5 hours with these guys, but if I’d known that they would drag it out another 4 hours, I wouldn’t have hired them at all. Mavi was easy to talk to and communicated well through the whole process.
