Went above and beyond, had to move during a heavy snowfall as well as when my apartments elevator couldn’t be rented out, yet they managed to move everything between two people and place everything where I wanted, I also had heavy pieces of furniture that they managed to carefully place and manoeuvre in my small basement. Absolute pros at what they do! Thanks alot again !

The unloaders left the couch until the very end, were frustrated by its size, and didn’t listen when I explained to them (before moving it up the stairs) that they needed to flip it a certain way in order for it to work. Then, they had to take it downstairs, back outside and flip it once they realized my recommendation was correct. By this time, they were too tired and frustrated to finish. The walls are scratched and my couch now has a tear in it (photos available).
