0 out of 5 for service, 0 out of 5 for integrity. These movers arrived late, damaged an exit sign during the move and refused to pay for the repair costs after promising in writing that they would reimburse me for the damage they caused. I trusted this company since we are from the same culture (country) and we spoke the same language. Their actions feed the negative stereotype that we experience everyday - dishonesty and lack of integrity. I hope the negative karma this company and their manager have created will return to them. I take no pleasure in writing this negative review, and I feel ashamed to call these men my own people.
