Dallas and his friend arrived on time and were very helpful. They even parked the truck properly during loading and unloading time. They competed loading everything within just 45 minutes and due to the long walk from the elevator, it took them only 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish unloading. Both of them did an excellent job. One of the best things about them was their constant communication with me. They always answered my calls promptly, which I did not experience with other movers from U-Haul.

Dallas and Tyrrell were super friendly, pleasant, and motivated movers from start to finish. They offered practical advice on furniture placement at our destination move in which helped us not to have to play around with how to make our furniture fitvits new space. They were agreeable to continuing on after our original hours of service agreement had expired, too, which was super appreciated as we needed more time and help. Overall, it was a very good moving experience. We would recommend to others and would be repat customers for any future moves as well. Thank you both so much!
