Krossgold provided two people to transfer goods from a disabled truck to the replacement. It was demanding work in hot weather. They stayed overtime to complete the job.

45 minutes late for the scheduled time.Did not call me to tell me they would be late. Did not use furniture padding until was suggested by my father. A few things damaged in the move. Not professional

We had help from two individuals during the move. One was white and the other black The white guy was excellent but the other one was very slow, did not take care of our stuff and was lazy
