This company is a scam. They took more hours than quoted; they had to come back a 2nd day, they broke numerous items, they attempted to load a grand piano onto their pickup, they guaranteed a set fee for the remainder of the move then asked for more money and left when we refused, they took the grand piano apart and left pieces behind. An 18-hour move, and we still aren't moved. This woman assured me she would pay for my broken items, then wrote nasty and untrue things about me in the dispute. Please don't use them! Save your money! She kept saying they were doing us a favor by moving us, yet we paid close to $2000.00; that's an expensive favor!!!!! NO INTEGRITY! THEY DIDN'T REPORT THE ITEMS THEY BROKE.

I would most definitely use and recommend FCE services again. Jonathan and Daniel were wonderful to work with and had a great attitude the whole time, despite loading alllllll of my stuff from 2 storage units and then hauling it all up to the 3rd floor of my apartment complex (and did I mention it started raining toward the end and was freezing)! Even though they were exhausted from all the stair climbing and helped me for like 6 hours, their attitudes stayed so positive. They took good care of my stuff, and even came with all of their own equipment and straps. Jonathan was very meticulous about making sure the truck was loaded so things would not shift and fall. I have never had a moving company try to take such good care of my furniture and belongings and be so prepared. I wish I had used this company for prior moves and my furniture would have been taken care of much better. Can't beat their hourly rate and the good service!
