I recently hired two movers from southern city moversto assist with our household move, but unfortunately, they failed to meet our expectations. They walked slowly, ignored our instructions, and did not stack our belongings efficiently, leading to an unnecessary second trip to the storage unit. Additionally, they did not properly arrange our items in the storage room, requiring us to reorganize everything ourselves. Despite seeing a 5-star review, our experience was disappointing, and I regret booking their services. In the future, I will be more diligent in researching and selecting reliable movers.

This crew was fantastic. We had loading problems the day before the scheduled unload and communicated with Alex that I couldn't make the scheduled unload on 12-21. He was very accommodating and we rescheduled for the next day. They showed up at the prescribed time and the unload was handled in a very professional and proficient way. I recommend them for all you moving services if needed

Southern City Movers contacted me ahead of time to confirm my move, again the day before to reconfirm, and the day of to make sure everything was still on. They showed up at exactly the scheduled time and were done in less than the time allotted!! The two young men were very knowledgeable and helpful!! I highly recommend Southern City Movers!!
